An exciting interior design project in Leeds city centre project for our team. We were approached by a private client who wanted to furnish a block of three flats, as well as a 4th floor penthouse on Park Row, Leeds. Looking to achieve a collection of properties with a high rental value in a great central location.
What we created.
The Beckett & Beckett team designed and furnished three, one & two bedroomed flats. Aimed at the luxury rental market, they featured bespoke curtains, soft furnishings and designer wallpapers.
In addition to these, we created a multi level penthouse on the top floor. Consisting of an open plan kitchen, luxury living room, study area & master bedroom.
Furnishing commercial property requires a fine balance between achieving the desired look and creating a practical interior. Our key tips when approaching this type of project
Hard wearing wallpapers offer more practicality than paint, not to mention providing an instant injection of colour, pattern or texture.
Made to measure curtains & blinds
A well made pair of curtains or blinds will instantly give a room a more bespoke, luxury feel.
Key pieces of furniture
We’re selective with the furniture we choose in commercial property, they have to be practical but a few stylish pieces have the ability to set the whole tone for the scheme.
Accessories & styling
Maximising photographs is important to attract potential buyers & customers. Our designers are skilled stylists and know how to make properties look attractive as possible.
