The Penthouse, Park Row Leeds

An exciting interior design project in Leeds city centre project for our team. We were approached by a private client who wanted to furnish a block of three flats, as well as a 4th floor penthouse on Park Row, Leeds. Looking to achieve a collection of properties with a high rental value in a great central location.

What we created.

The Beckett & Beckett team designed and furnished three, one & two bedroomed flats. Aimed at the luxury rental market, they featured bespoke curtains, soft furnishings and designer wallpapers.

In addition to these, we created a multi level penthouse on the top floor. Consisting of an open plan kitchen, luxury living room, study area & master bedroom.
